Non-public（无民）：Used to describe the silent, like insects, like poor people.
用来形容无声的，像虫子一样苟活着的底层百姓。
They are the most primitive land residents, thousands of years later, they gave birth to children.they also produced food and built the construction of buildings. But they may have nothing, just as there has never lived in the society.
他们是土地上最原始的居民，千百年来暗自繁衍，自生自灭，粮食是他们生产的，楼房是他们建造的，可他们始终一无所有，就像从来没有存在过一样。
